If you have made an appointment and are unexpectedly unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible by leaving a message on voicemail. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. I ask for your understanding that appointments not kept or not cancelled 24 hours in advance (depending on the situation) may be charged.
